Sickness: In effort to to maintain a healthy environment, we ask that if you are sick(which includes a cold, fever, the flu etc.) or have the onset of an illness that you reschedule your appointment with as much notice as possible. This is for your wellbeing as well as the health of myself, colleague, and other clients.
Late Arrivals: In order to respect the time of both my clients and myself, I ask you to arrive a couple of minutes before your scheduled appointment. Our studio space is cozy & intimate, and I like to provide my full attention to each and every one of you. If you are arriving up to 15 minutes late I still might be able to proceed with your service. If you are more than 15 minutes late you will forfeit your original appointment and have to reschedule and pay 100% of your service fee.
Cancellation/No Show I understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I simply ask that you notify me at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Please note that cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of your service. Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed appointment leaves me no time to try and fill the appointment spot and I am not paid for this time.
Right to refuse service: I have the right to refuse service to anyone who is sick, behaving improperly, intoxicated, or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.
Product Returns: All hair care products must be unopened for exchange or refund, and must be returned within 10 days of purchase. Unfortunately I cannot exchange opened products due to sanitary purposes.
